Tinashe teams with rapper Iggy Azalea for the official remix to her new single “All Hands On Deck.” The Australian rapper begins rapping her verse midway through the track.
“All Hands On Deck” appears on Tinashe’s debut album, Aquarius, which is in stores now. She will join Azalea on her Great Escape Tour, which kicks off on April 14 in Fresno, Calif.
In an interview with Rated R&B, the 22-year-old singer described her mindset during the recording process of Aquarius. “For me, the biggest thing is just trusting my instincts and I kind of make songs that I want to hear or something that I feel like I would purchase,” she explained. “And if I do that — if I make sure that is on point, then typically someone else would like it I hope (laughs).”
