The Weeknd has scored his first-ever top 10 single as a solo artist on the Billboard Hot 100 this week.
“Earned It,” the lead single off the Fifty Shades of Grey movie soundtrack, rolled in at No. 9 after its ninth week on the chart. The Canadian artist earned his last top 10 single on the Hot 100 with Ariana Grande’s “Love Me Harder,” from her My Everything album.
The Fifty Shades of Grey soundtrack stands at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 after debuting at No. 2 last week. The soundtrack sold 210,431 copies in its first week of sales.
