After receiving a warm response from her #ByeFelicia mixtape, Jordin Sparks moves forward with new album Right Here, Right Now. The American Idol alum has announced “Double Tap” featuring 2 Chainz as the lead single off her third studio album.
On the mid-tempo track, Sparks calls out her Instagram stalker for constantly lurking on her page without making it clear he’s interested. “Baby, on the low, you stay on the page cuz I guess I’m yo favorite / But you won’t let it show, no way / If you like what you see then / You gotta let me know,” sings Sparks.
“Double Tap” will impact rhythmic radio formats on March 3. The song will also be available on iTunes the same day.

Right Here, Right Now is slated to arrive later this year via Louder Than Life. The album will be overseen by Salaam Remi, Executive Vice President of A&R and Production for Sony Music and CEO of Louder Than Life. “I am very excited to be working alongside Salaam Remi on my next album,” said Sparks. “Together, we have created something special. I’m very proud of it and can’t wait to share it!”
