K. Michelle has announced “Hard To Do” as the next single from her Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart album.
Sampling R&B group Total’s song “Kissing You,” the mellow track finds the Memphis native expressing to her lover that she rather make love than argue. “Missing you is way too hard to do / I’d rather be f-cking you / Do you mind if I give you love? /Cause I just wanna give you love,” sings the Rebellious Soul artist.
“Hard To Do” serves as the follow-up single to “Maybe I Should Call” and “Love ‘Em All.” The latter record made the most impact on urban radio, peaking at No. 15.
K. Michelle Earns Second No. 1 Album With ‘AWBAH’
Anybody Wanna Buy A Heart debuted at No. 6 on the Billboard 200 chart after selling 84,117 album copies during its first week. The sales of her sophomore effort marked the highest for a female R&B act in 2014.
