The Weeknd is on a roll. His latest album, Beauty Behind The Madness, remains at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for a second week. He sold 143,000 equivalent album units this week, according to HitsDailyDouble.
Released on August 28, Beauty Behind The Madness debuted at No. 1 with 415,267 equivalent album units earned (326,000 pure sales).
The Toronto singer went on Twitter to express his excitement. “The #1 album two weeks in a row. tonight is a celebration. XO,” he tweeted.
This fall, The Weeknd will kick off his Madness Fall Tour in his hometown. The 22-city tour will travel across North America, hitting cities like New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Montreal, Atlanta, Miami and more.
