Not everyone is looking forward to Valentine’s Day. Rising singer Gallant and Jhené Aiko team together for a lovesick duet called “Skipping Stones” that was written for ‘the lonely ones’ on Valentine’s Day.
Gallant’s flawlessly falsettos on the emotionally-rich track while Aiko harmonizes about lessons learned in her past relationship.
“Find me skipping stones in water brooks / Holding out for something I can’t force / What am I missing,” they sing.
“Skipping Stones” will officially release on Friday as part of a two-track single with “Borderline” featuring James Fauntleroy.
