Following last year’s release her single “Steady,” Chrisette Michele is back with another single from her forthcoming album, Milestone, set to release June 10.
Pairing with Maybach Music’s own Rick Ross, Michele gives a ballad about finding herself as the other half of her lover, while Ross answers with proclamations of love.
With the album’s release date less than a week away, Michele is ready to show the strides she has made in her life with this album.
“This music is a testament to all things being possible and finally, a true tale of love,” said Michele. “I’ve pushed through the music industry and began my own record label. I’ve gotten engaged after so much heartbreak. The album is upbeat, honest, triumphant and fun. I’m calling the shots and it feels so good!”
Along with the new album, Michele is also on tour for the summer.
