There’s no arguing that Jason Derulo is a hitmaker. From his 2009 smash debut single “Watcha Say” to pop records like “Wiggle,” Derulo has been an R&B force when it comes to singles, selling over 50 million singles worldwide. Now, the singer-songwriter is presenting a project that has hit 11 multi-platinum hits, as well as a bonus track, simply dubbed Platinum Hits.
The bonus track, “Kiss The Sky,” features funky, uptempo production from Thomas Troelsen and Thomas Eriksen. Derulo shows off his range, reaching soaring falsettos to encourage fans to reach for new heights.
“Yeah, I believe we can fly now / Spread your wings, we’re miles high / So we can kiss the sky,” he sings.
The single is also set to be part of the soundtrack for Warner Bros. Pictures’ new animated adventure Storks.
