Las Vegas-based singer JR Castro is planning to give us new sounds every Monday.
The “Get Home” singer kicks off his #Made2Mondays series with his rendition of Ready For The World’s 1986 classic “Love You Down.” On the revamped version, produced by The Audibles, Castro flexes his falsetto vocals as he defiantly pleas to love on his girlfriend for the night.
#Made2Mondays comes ahead of his upcoming mixtape, Songs You Were Made To, hosted by DJ Carisma.
Castro plans to release a new cover of a certified baby-making record every monday for the rest of July and August.
