Hailing from North London, R&B songstress Taliwhoah links up with singer Levelle London and rapper SNE to create the trapsoul vibe on “Fast FWD.”
Over the bassy production of Trixx, which samples Mary J. Blige’s 1997 hit “I Can Love You,” Taliwhoah and London provide some smooth vocal.
The two singers sing from opposing ends of the relationship. Taliwhoah sings about how she’s a fool for waiting for her lover to come back. London croons about regretting the decision to leave. Rapper SNE gives a hard verse about how right the love is.
“The Grass was always greener, over on this side / Except that I found better, no I won’t change my mind/ I can love you better,” they sing.
