Teyana Taylor Serves More Body Goals in ‘Champions’ Freestyle Video

After breaking the internet with her performance in Kanye West’s “Fade” premiere, Teyana Taylor is back showing her post-pregnancy physique in her freestyle of Yeezy’s “Champions.” She is captured wearing a ski mask with two golden guns while gold flakes covered her body. The visuals were entirely composed of photographs taken by Sasha Samsonora.

“Pray for me, put your one up in the air for me/ Anna Wintour need a chair to see how they stare with the bands and hair for me,” Taylor sings.

Taylor is currently working on her sophomore album and will appear on VH1’s The Breaks. She recently performed her entire “Fade” routine live at The G.O.O.D. Music pop-up concert.

Teyana Taylor’s Sophomore Album is Coming in June

Teyana Taylor’s much-anticipated second album has finally received an official release date.

While sharing project release dates on Twitter (April. 19), G.O.O.D. Music president Kanye West revealed that Taylor’s sophomore album is set to arrive on June 22.

West updated fans with the Harlem native’s album release date doesn’t come as a surprise since he is executive producing the untitled project. Taylor told Oyster Magazine in January, “The album is actually done, just waiting on some minor tweaks and whatever last minute switches or edits and a green light from Kanye and should be good to go.”

Following her G.O.O.D. Music boss sharing the exciting news, Taylor posted a hurricane emoji to probably symbolize she’s coming to take us by storm with this new era and music. Speaking of music, we haven’t heard a buzz track or lead single yet. Hopefully, this album receives a more solid promotional roll out than 2014’s VII.

G.O.A.T. 2.0 Remix Eric Bellinger Teyana Taylor Wale

Eric Bellinger is back on the video scene with the new visual for his song “G.O.A.T. 2.0.”

The video — which stars Wale, Teyana Taylor, and Bellinger’s business parter YOSHI — finds Bellinger in a bit of trouble with the law after a bank heist goes awry.

In the actual song, Bellinger and Wale name all of the reasons why ladies are the G.O.A.T. on this radio-ready track.

“Shawty bad, slim, thick / She my drug, she my fix / And I’m all up in her mix / She be mixin’ with the wrist / She the plug, she finesse / She the one they call the GOAT / She don’t stress / She don’t trip and she fuck with all my bros,” he sing-raps on the hook.

“G.O.A.T. 2.0” is a remix of “G.O.A.T.” from Eric Bellinger’s 2016 project Eric B. for President: Term 1. This song, which originally features ARoC, along with “Drive By” have been picking up steam over the past year thanks to social media exposure. In fact, the “G.O.A.T. 2.0” garnered over 100,000 views in a single day.
