After dropping “All About Me” earlier this month, Syd (of The Internet) returns with her follow-up single “Body.” The bedroom jam, produced by MeLo-X, will definitely get two lovers in the mood for a night of love making.
“Baby we can take it slow, say my name / Don’t let go, I can hear your body when I / Pull your hair, what’s my name / Girl I swear, I can hear your body babe,” Syd softly sings on the chorus.
Syd’s debut album, Fin, will arrive on February 3 via Columbia Records. Fans can pre-order the album now on iTunes and get an instant download of “All About Me” and “Body.”
On February 18, Syd will kick off her mini tour with The Internet. According to a rep for The Internet: “For this run of shows, the band is deconstructed – each member taking center stage to play a set of solo material while the rest of the band backs them up. 5 artists, 5 sets. 1 band reassembled at the end of the evening.”
