After warming our hearts with his Color Blind: Love EP, emerging singer October London shares his accompanying performance video from his upcoming short film, Color Blind: Love.
The video finds October pouring his heart on a smoky stage as he expresses his love for his woman.
“It’s a song that I love because it was how I felt at the time,” October explains. “That’s the thing about me. I create music on how I feel at that striking moment.”
Speaking on his EP, London tells Rated R&B, “I wanted to do this album to pay homage to the old school artists that I grew up on like Al Green, Teddy Pendergrass, Marvin Gaye, The O’Jays — people like that. It’s just a plethora of old school sounds and old school vibes. I wrote and co-produced the whole thing. I did 23 songs. You guys are actually going to get 23 songs off Color Blind. The first part is seven songs.”
Color Blind: Love, the short film, is expected to premiere in the coming weeks. It is produced and co-stars rap legend Snoop Dogg, who is October’s mentor.
