Justine Skye ended 2016 with the release of her EP, 8 Ounces. Now, the singer/model returns with a live acoustic version of track five on the EP, “Jezebel.” Backed by Simi and Haze on the guitar, Skye delivers a raw performance of tune.
“‘Cause you all on my IG / Talkin’ sh— ‘bout me … we used to be friends / now you all in my DM,” she sings.
Speaking on the song, Skye told Entertainment Weekly, “As a young adult, we all go through things now on social media. It’s a part of our everyday lives. This song is a just reflection of that, and hopefully, other young women are able to relate to this.”
