Khalid is all about remixes. The 19-year-old singer has teamed with rapper for the official remix to his song “Let’s Go.”
GoldLink opens the track with a hot verse. “Yeah, that’s right / Work them hills and you graduated college, got a job last year / Bad pretty black chick, bad with her friends, with her new man in the back of a black Benz / Got new dreams and you mean with the jeans,” he raps.
The original version of “Let’s Go” appears on Khalid’s debut album, American Teen, which is out now.
Last month, the El Paso, TX native released the remix to his breakout single “Location” with Kehlani and Lil Wayne.
