Grammy Award-winning singer Lalah Hathaway is back with a brand new single titled “I Can’t Wait.”
Over a hand-clapping, finger-snapping beat, Hathaway gushes over being in love with her man and refuses to leave his side.
“I go crazy when I’m not with you / And I don’t like to miss you / I wanna be in your arms / Now it’s officially / But you knew it’s official / I had no reason to hide,” she sings.
“I Can’t Wait” is lifted from Hathaway’s forthcoming album, Honestly, which is expected to release this fall.
In other news, Hathaway is on the road with Mary J. Blige as part of her Strength of a Woman Tour.
