With cuffing season drafts coming up, Pleasure P makes a solid return with a brand new song titled “For A Long Time.” On the Bryan-Michael Cox production, Pleasure P passionately sings about the feelings he has for a woman — hoping she feels the same way.
“I think it’s ’bout time you know that / I’ve been wanting you for a long, long time /And I’ve been loving for a long, long time / Can you second my emotion? / I’ve been loving you for a long, long / And I’ve been wanting you for a long, long time,” he sings.
It’s not confirmed if “For A Long Time” is an official single or just a promotional track.
If “For A Long Time” sounds familiar to you, it’s because it was originally recored by the late singer-songwriter Static Major. The song has been passed around to other male R&B artists who’ve recored their own version including Johnny Gill and Ginuwine.
