Keyshia Cole is amping up her promotional efforts for her upcoming album, 11:11 Reset. The Oakland, Calif. native has unwrapped the visual for her latest single “Incapable.”
The cinematic clip opens with Cole overhearing a conversation in a dressing room, where a woman tells another woman not to look up to her and that she has slept with her man. Instead of confronting the woman, Cole uses her frustration to deliver an emotional performance on stage — she even shows off some choreography.
Along with the video, Cole also premiered a new track called “Best Friend.” Last year, Cole teased the song as being her first independent single. However, plans changed after she inked a deal with Epic Records.
On “Best Friend,” Cole sings about being a friend first to her man. She sings, “I would be your best friend / Even late at night when you’re walking in / Be there in the morning when you open your eyes.”
11:11 Reset will released on October 20. It will include features from French Montana, Remy Ma, Young Thug, DJ Khaled and Kamaiyah.
