Angel sure does love the ’90s. The U.K. crooner rolls back time and brings out flip phones, flashy gear and Muppets for his “Nothing Wrong” music video.
In the retro visual, which features lo-fi effects, Angel is seen scooping up his woman to ride around New York City and enjoy each other’s company. The Bonnie and Clyde duo even robs a bodega together. Later, Angel rewinds R.Kelly and Public Announcement’s ’92 hit “Honey Love,” which he samples for the song, as he sits on his car hood while admiring his partner in love’s (and crime) sexy dance moves.
“Nothing Wrong” appears on Angel’s debut album, Woman, which reflects and celebrates women that he’s encountered in his life.
