H.E.R. celebrates the legacy of the late Aretha Franklin on a sweet new tune titled “Let’s Get Away.”
Sampling the Queen of Soul’s 1972 hit “Day Dreaming,” from her Young, Gifted and Black album, the R&B newcomer sings about wanting someone to take her to the moon.
“We’ll miss you, Aretha Franklin,” tweeted H.E.R. on Thursday (Aug. 30).
