After serving fans his debut solo single “Feelin Lil’ Somn'” in August, Boyz II Men’s Shawn Stockman has released a new EP.
Titled Shawn, the five-track project is packed with tender slow-paced songs that are geared towards true R&B lovers. From “Been Too Long” to “Don’t Spare My Heart,” it’s evident Stockman had his day-one Boyz II Men fans in mind with this new release.
Undoubtedly, Shawn is intended as a hold over project as Stockman works hard on his first solo album. The LP will mark his first release with SRG Records and its partnership with SRG-ILS Group.
“Timing is everything,” Stockman said in a statement about his upcoming album. “When the idea was presented, I was experiencing some personal events that made me realize it was now or never.”
