After releasing his sophomore album, Even Kings Die, in December, Rico Love unwraps the visual for “Shine.”
The video opens with a quote from Love that reads, “When things got hard I didn’t think about how I was gonna protect me. I thought about how I was gonna protect you. That’s what makes me a MAN. That’s what makes me a KING.”
Filmed at night in an undisclosed location, the Parris Stewart-directed clip centers around a model destined for the spotlight.
