Decision-making is hard, particularly when it involves you deciding between two passions. Emerging R&B act Jvck James spent time with Lynx Music in the U.K. to talk about having to choose between his two loves — basketball and music.
Considering he started playing basketball at an early age, you’d think he would go full speed ahead on honing that talent. However, after the “opportunity to do music and [to] be in the studio and [to] be on stage” presented itself, he said he couldn’t turn it down.
After his brief conversation with the music platform, James headed to the court in an empty school gym to perform an acoustic version of his latest single “Wave.” The adornment of green and pink fluorescent lights set the chill mood.
Earlier this year, James opened up for Ella Mai on the European leg of The Debut Tour. He recently hinted that new music will be coming out later this month.
