Ryan Trey’s time is coming. On his new Bryson Tiller collaboration “Nowhere to Run,” the emerging singer considers himself a real one as he spits game to a special lady.
Tiller chimes in mid-record, serenading a beauty who caught his eye while he was with his homies.
For Tiller, collaborating with Trey was easy for a number of reasons.
“He reminds me a lot of myself, actually,” Tiller told Billboard upon releasing their new record. “Very hands-on with his music, has a good head on his shoulders, [he] stays out of trouble and only wants to make his friends and family proud, and I think he’s doing just that.”
“Nowhere to Run” is something special Trey wanted to share with his fans. The 19-year-old singer is currently working on a follow-up to his 2018 debut project August. As for Tiller, he is perfecting his third album Serenity until he’s “happy with it.”
“I understand that people these days love to have new music like every 4 months but that’s just not how I work,” he shared on Instagram last year December.
Prior to his album delay announcement, Tiller released several remixes and new songs, including the Hunga-produced track “Canceled.”
