After asking for “Commitment,” Monica falls head over heels in love on her latest single “Me + You.”
The feel-good track finds Monica in a happy space with her lover. His presence alone brightens her day. “When I’m with you, the whole world stops / When I’m with you, I forget about everything,” she sings.
Both “Commitment” and “Me + You” will appear on Monica’s forthcoming album, Chapter 38. The album will follow Monica’s 2015 LP Code Red and will be her first release under her independent label MonDeenise Music, Inc.
