Aloe Blacc brought his soulful voice to New York City to perform for Vevo.
The California native performed a stripped-down version of his 2013 hit “Wake Me Up,” which was produced by the late DJ Avicii. The EDM tune peaked at No. 4 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. He followed up with “SOS,” the lead single from Avicii’s posthumous album TIM, which released in June.
Blacc is scheduled to perform at the Evergreen State Fair in Monroe, Washington, on August 30.
