Destiny’s Child has us ‘jumpin’, jumpin.’ The iconic girl group has ordered a vinyl reissue of their multi-platinum sophomore album The Writing’s On the Wall, with Urban Outfitters as the exclusive distributor.
Slated to arrive on November 1 via Columbia Records, the updated repressing has been expanded to a double LP and will be available in clear with black splatter.
The new vinyl of Destiny’s Child’s breakthrough album will include their hit singles “Bills, Bills, Bills” and “Say My Name,” which won two Grammys in 2001. It will also feature an H-Town screwed mix of the album’s second single, “Bug a Boo.”
The Writing’s On the Wall celebrated its 20th anniversary earlier this month. We revisited the album in an editorial that unearthed 10 commandments of womanhood.
