PJ Morton will be touring abroad this fall in support of his forthcoming album, Paul.
The seven-date European tour will start on October 6 in Stockholm, making stops at intimate venues in Paris, and Berlin. The mini-tour will wrap up on October 18 in Madrid. Tickets are available on Morton’s official website.
Leading up to his run overseas, Morton will play at various shows in the states, including the Newport Jazz Festival and the Outside Lands Festival. All performances will drum up noise for his new album, Paul, which is slated to arrive on August 9 via Morton Records/Empire.
“Everybody calls me PJ, but I came into this world as Paul. That struck me as the perfect title for this album because Paul is the purest form of who I am,” said Morton in a press statement.
Paul will feature appearances by Jazmine Sullivan, JoJo, Rapsody, and Tobe Nwigwe. The LP will also include the singles “Say So” and “Ready,” which he just premiered with a companion visual.
