Months after releasing her What Is Love? EP, Bria Jhane has released a music video for her sultry single “Back Bone.”
In the Omar Reynoso-directed video, Jhane is seen booked and busy as the lead beautician of a popular hair salon. While engaging with her clients, a tall, dark, and handsome gentleman enters the shop who catches everyone’s attention, including Jhane. She isn’t easily smitten by his good looks, though. You’ll have to watch the entire video to see if his charm wins her over.
“‘Backbone’ is simply about somebody supporting you and having your back no matter what happens,” Jhane explained. “I feel like we all need this support system. It’s time to be vulnerable, especially with people we care about and love. It’s all about honesty and being real.”
