Netta Brielle is no one’s side chick, and she makes that abundantly clear on her latest single “Wifey at Home.”
On this eye-opening track, Brielle uncovers the truth about her unfaithful lover, who is not only playing her but his wife, too. With no desire to pose as the other women, she sends him packing before the feelings get too deep.
“Wifey at Home” follows the release of Brielle’s An EP by Netta, which dropped in June. It featured three songs about the different sides of love.
“For me, the idea of falling in love can sometimes be scary,” Brielle told Rated R&B. “You fear being hurt, betrayed, or simply being in love alone. I wanted this project to speak vulnerability growth and strength — it’s ok to love.”
