New York-based singer/songwriter Devin Tracy can’t seem to get over a lukewarm romance on his new song titled “Sick.”
He joins forces with frequent collaborator J.Robb for this relaxing and dreamy track. Having a boom bap drum pattern at the base of the production, Tracy seems to realize that things may not be what they seem.
Unsure of where things stand, he sings, “In and out again / Hangin’ with your friends / I can not compete / You sittin’ next to me / Pay attention babe / Will you ever notice me, baby? / Am I the only one?”
“Sick” is his latest release, following “GOODTHANG (Callin’)” in July. Tracy will perform at Cmon Everybody in Brooklyn, New York, on November 5. He also announced on Instagram that he will be having a residency there.
