It’s New Music Friday, and Kara Marni joins the mix with her second EP, No Logic. The project comes a year after her Love Just Ain’t Enough EP.
Released via Access Records, No Logic includes the already released tracks “Lose My Love” and “Opposite.” The EP also features the two-part single “All Night.”
In a recent interview, Marni told Flaunt Magazine that fans “can expect more R&B goodness, soulful vocals, and more stories.”
She continued, “Just to feel something, whatever that may be. If it helps you through, feeling like you got an arm around you, just something you can relate to that makes you feel less lonely. With music, it’s very personal, like how you feel when you listen to something. It’s important you feel something, you know?”
Marni will support her new project overseas for a seven-date promotional tour. The first show is at The Workmans Club on October 13 at Dublin. Tickets are on sale on Ticketmaster.
