Up-and-coming artist RINI gets brutally honest in the visual for his latest single “My Favourite Clothes.”
Directed by Austin McCracken, the often-somber video shares RINI’s most intimate moments with his lover as he croons about finding peace of mind in letting her go.
“Cause I can’t make you stay if you wanna go / But I will wait for you to say “Come home” / Now might not just be the time for us / But know that what we have will always last,” RINI sings in the song’s chorus.
“‘My Favorite Clothes’ is a song about letting go of someone you love, but you’re willing to wait (for) them if they came back,” RINI told Rated R&B. “The video treatment drew inspiration from ‘Cry Me A River” by Justin Timberlake.”
The Los Angeles-native released the Agung Mango-assisted “Feels Natural” earlier this year.
