It’s June’s Diary’s world, and we’re just living in it. The uber-talented quintet has dropped off a new anthem titled “Way Off.”
The moody single is produced by Deezy Baby and penned by June’s Diary as the group delves into miscalculated relationships over candidly-somber guitar licks, heavy synth swells, and a bouncy hip-hop-inspired drum.
“Was it just a game, yeah! / You were just a playa / Thought you was the one / Guess I was way off (Way off!),” the group harmonizes on the chorus.
“Thank you guys for all the support,” June’s Diary stated about the song in an Instagram post. “This was the first song we wrote together for you guys and there is so much more to come.”
“Way Off” is June’s Diary’s first offering of 2020 following the release of their double single “Stuntin’” and “I Ain’t With It.” The video for the latter was released back in January.
