At the 2022 Oscars, the Best Original Song nominations could include works from the three R&B divas: Beyoncé, H.E.R. and Jennifer Hudson.

On Tuesday, it was revealed that each woman and their film-dedicated music made the 15-song shortlist for this category.

Already a winner of this prestigious award, H.E.R. may be one step closer to another nomination. This time for the ambitious track, “Automatic Woman,” from the Bruised soundtrack.

In April, H.E.R. won Best Original Song for “Fight For You,” which was a focus track from the award-winning film, Judas and The Black Messiah.

Beyoncé’s rousing “Be Alive,” lifted from the King Richard soundtrack, is among the finalists on track to become a potential 2022 nominee. She co-wrote and co-produced the anthem with Dixson.

The song received a mirrored nomination at the 2022 Golden Globes, which will not be televised but held in Jan. 2022.

Hudson is seeking to advance to the official nomination round with “Here I Am (Singing My Way Home).” Co-written by Carole King and Jamie Hartman, the gospel-tinged tune was penned for the Aretha Franklin biopic Respect, in which Hudson starred as the Queen of Soul.

Like Beyoncé, Hudson, too, is up for Best Original Song at the 79th Annual Golden Globes.

Nominations for the 94th Academy Awards will be announced on Tuesday, Feb. 8, 2022. As for the ceremony, it will be held on March 27, 2022, and televised on ABC.

Here is the list of recordings shortlisted for Best Original Song:
