R&B vocalists Tamia and Joe Thomas are teaming up for a joint tour.

The upcoming trek kicks off Feb. 9, 2024, in Washington, D.C., at DAR Constitution Hall.

They will make stops in major U.S. cities such as Cleveland, Ohio, and Detroit, Michigan.

The tour concludes May 4, 2024, in St. Louis, at Chaifetz Arena.

“Excited to be hitting the road in the new year with @therealjoethomas,” Tamia wrote in an Instagram post.

Joe wrote in a Facebook post, “Excited to be going on tour with the incredible TAMIA.”

Presale for select dates began earlier this week. An additional presale will start on Dec. 6 at 10 a.m. ET. Use the code TJ2024 to purchase tickets.

General sale for previously announced dates launched earlier this week. Additional general on-sale resumes Friday, Dec. 8 at 1 p.m. ET.

Both artists are expected to revisit hits and fan favorites from their extensive catalogs.

It’s been five years since Tamia last put out an album. On Sept. 7, 2018, she released Passion Like Fire via eOne Music, now known as MNRK Records.

Passion Like Fire spawned the No. 1 hit “Leave It Smokin’,” which topped R&B radio. The Salaam Remi-produced jam has more than 10 million streams on Spotify.

Tamia has yet to confirm plans for a follow-up album.

Earlier this spring, she was awarded an honorary Doctor of Music degree from Morris Brown College, an HBCU in Atlanta, Georgia.

Tamia wrote in an Instagram post, “I was fortunate to receive an honorary doctorate in music from @morrisbrownatl at yesterday’s commencement ceremony. Thank you @drkevinjames and the entire @morrisbrownatl community for this incredible recognition.”

As for Joe, the R&B maestro released his final album, #MyNameIsJoeThomas, in 2016.

The album debuted at No. 16 on the Billboard 200 chart. It included the hit single “So I Can Have You Back,” which reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart.

#MyNameIsJoeThomas also included his cover of Adele’s smash single “Hello.”

“Many artists at times say that their current project is their best piece of work to date, however, I can honestly say that this truly is not only my best, but one of my favorite discs ever,” said Joe.

“I put my heart and soul into the creation and performance of this record, and I can only hope that I am giving fans what they wish for in a Joe record.”

Although Joe has essentially retired from releasing albums, the 7x Grammy nominee has kept his fans entertained in live settings. Last year, he joined Maxwell on his Night Tour along with Anthony Hamilton.

This summer, he co-headlined the BRIC Celebrate Brooklyn! Juneteenth UNITYFEST Concert with Stokley.

Before Joe heads on tour with Tamia, head to the U.K. with other R&B vets — 112, Next, Bobby V and J Holiday — for the R&B Xmas Ball.

They will perform in Birmingham, Manchester and London. Then, he will return to the U.S. to join Monica in Houston, Texas, on Dec. 30 at NRG Arena.
