Chris Brown has a new hit at rhythmic radio. His “Sensational” single featuring Davido and Lojay rises to No. 1 this week, knocking Jack Harlow’s “Lovin On Me” to No. 2
The Afrobeats/R&B banger jumped three spots with 5,711 spins (726 increase) for an audience impression of 14.2 million, according to Mediabase.
“Sensational” is Brown’s first No. 1 at rhythmic radio since his Grammy-nominated single “Summer Too Hot” topped the chart in September 2023.
Brown’s No. 1 at rhythmic radio comes just a week after topping urban radio. At the time of publication, “Sensational” is No. 3 on the airplay format currently led by Muni Long’s “Made For Me.”
At the 55th NAACP Image Awards, Brown won two awards for “Sensational,” including Outstanding Music Video and Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration (Contemporary). Brown also won Outstanding Duo, Group or Collaboration (Traditional) for his appearance on Ciara’s “How We Roll.”

“Sensational” appears on Brown’s 11th album, 11:11, released in November. 11:11 debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Top R&B Albums chart and No. 9 on the Billboard 200.
On April 11, Brown will release 11:11 (Deluxe), which will include 13 new tracks. The expanded edition will feature collaborations with Bryson Tiller, Davido, Joyner Lucas, Tee Grizzley and more.
Later this summer, Brown will embark on the North American leg of The 11:11 Tour. The tour kicks off June 5 at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit.
From there, Brown will make stops in Chicago, Brooklyn, Montreal, Philadelphia, Baltimore, and more before concluding Aug. 7 at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
He will be joined by Muni Long, Maeta and Ayra Starr. It’s worth noting Brown, Long and Maeta all have a No. 1 hit on different radio formats this week: rhythmic, urban and R&B.
