October London’s phone is ringing off the hook on his new single “She Keeps Calling.”
On the electro-funk track produced by Soopafly, London is spellbound by a special woman’s allure. Even when he tries to avoid her, he can’t help but give in to temptation and answer every call.
“She keeps calling me and I go / Although she takes from me, I follow / She gave me a key to her door / Now she got me coming back for more,” he sings over a velvety backdrop.
Speaking on his new song, London explains, “My new single ‘She Keeps Calling’ was co-written by me and my boy Mike Letter. This has to be one of my favorite songs off my upcoming album!”
He continues, “I wrote this song for all the times anyone has had a woman hit their line and eventually those calls build up and have you come back for more than you anticipated.”
“She Keeps Calling” is the first single from London’s upcoming sophomore album, October Nights, which will release on Death Row Records/gamma.
In 2023, he released his debut album, The Rebirth of Marvin. The retro-soul project features his breakout single “Back to Your Place,” which spent 10 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart.

The album also includes his other hit, “Mulholland Drive,” featuring Snoop Dogg and LaToiya Williams.
The Soopafly-produced track spent two weeks atop the Adult R&B Airplay chart this summer. The song first reached No. 1 in late July.
The Rebirth of Marvin was highlighted on Rated R&B’s Best R&B Albums of 2023 list. “Perhaps the most compelling thing about The Rebirth of Marvin is the recurring theme of putting love and compassion back at the core of R&B,” wrote Anders Hare.
London supported his debut album on his headlining The Rebirth of Marvin Tour, which featured special guests J. Brown and The Shindellas.
In July, London joined jazz musician Boney James on “All I Want Is You” from James’ album, Slow Burn, out Oct. 18. Before that, he appeared on NxWorries’ album Why Lawd? on “FromHere,” featuring Snoop Dogg.
Up next, London will join Maxwell as a supporting act on The Serenade Tour, which begins Sept. 14. Jazmine Sullivan is also on the bill as a special guest.
