Global rap star Drake and alt-R&B sensation PARTYNEXTDOOR have announced their joint album, Some Sexy Songs 4 U (stylized as $OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U).
The anticipated project will release on Valentine’s Day (Feb. 14).
Drake shared the news to his 143 million Instagram followers, along with a snippet of a new track. “$OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U FEBRUARY 14,” he wrote in the caption for a video post.
The clip shows Drake lounging in a dimly lit VIP room, watching a singer perform as two women engaged in a side conversation.
On the seductive track, PARTYNEXTDOOR sings, “I wanna be your favorite again / Let’s reconnect on the jet on the way to where I live / Give you a second to get ready, then we right back in the action / I’m tryna practice what I’m preachin’, baby,” giving a nod to Barry White in the latter line.

$OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U is Drake and PARTYNEXTDOOR’s first collaborative album together. The project was announced in August 2024 at PARTY’s tour stop in Toronto, where he brought out Drake as a surprise guest.
“So, you get the summer over with, you do what you need to do. I know all you girls are outside,” Drake told the crowd. “When it gets a little chilly, PARTYNEXTDOOR and Drake album will be waiting right there for you.”
Drake and PARTY are no strangers to collaboration. Some of their popular songs together include “Recognize,” “Come and See Me,” “With You,” “Loyal” and “Preach,” among others. PARTY also co-wrote Rihanna’s Drake-assisted hit “Work” from 2016’s Anti.
$OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U will follow PND’s 2024 album, PARTYNEXTDOOR 4 (P4). The album debuted at No. 10 on the Billboard 200 and included the RIAA gold-certified single “Resentment,” as well as “Real Woman,” “Her Old Friends” and “Lose My Mind.”
P4 was ranked No. 7 on Rated R&B’s 25 Best R&B Albums of 2024 list. “PARTYNEXTDOOR (P4) tells a tale of a man navigating situationships and relationships while growing in the process. Cinematic skits placed at the end of several tracks tie the narrative together, making it one of PARTYNEXTDOOR’s most cohesive works in recent years,” wrote Rated R&B’s Keithan Samuels.
As for Drake, $OME $EXY $ONGS 4 U will mark his first project since releasing For All The Dogs in 2023.
He spent 2024 dropping back-and-forth diss tracks with Kendrick Lamar, who delivered, what some may say, the final knockout with “Not Like Us,” which won five awards at the 2025 Grammys on Sunday (Feb. 2), including Record of the Year.
