After much anticipation, Summer Walker has announced the release date for her third album, Finally Over It.
The highly-awaited project will release Nov. 14 via LVRN/Interscope Records.
Walker unveiled the news in a promotional video, which she took a lie detector test about a series of questions about the album and her personal life.
She revealed that rapper Latto will appear on the album, along with another female rapper whose name she did not disclose. She also confirmed there is definitely a song on the album about an ex and that she will release the project Nov. 14.
On a personal note, Walker shared that she still believes in love, she doesn’t care what people think about her body, she is needed in R&B and more.
To further tease fans, Walker has also temporarily blurred the covers of her first two albums across streaming platforms and unveiled a blurred version of the Finally Over It cover art.

Finally Over It is the final installment of Walker’s album trilogy that started with 2019’s Over It, followed by 2021’s Still Over It. The 18-track album will include the lead single “Heart of a Woman,” which was released in November 2024.
The Tavaras Jordan-produced slow jam reached No. 1 on Billboard’s Adult R&B Airplay chart, giving Walker her fourth leader.
Per a press release, on Finally Over It, “Summer steps out of the cycles of her past and into a dreamlike world she’s created for herself – where heartbreak becomes art, and the past is finally paid in full.”
According to Walker’s official webstore, Finally Over It will be available on CD and vinyl, with additional options of signed versions, box sets and other merch.
