After unveiling the artwork to his new single “Roc,” The-Dream followed-up with the release of the audio to the song.
“Roc” is the lead single from his upcoming album, The Love, IV: Diary of a Madman, expected to be released later this year.
If you are expecting this to be a hit song from The-Dream, it isn’t. There’s absolutely no substance to the song. It’s basically part two to his 2008 song “Rockin That Thang.”
It’s quite ironic that The-Dream penned hits like Rihanna’s “Umbrella” and Beyonce’s “Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)” but he has failed to deliver us a decent song. Perhaps The-Dream should stick to writing and producing because “Roc” is was not impressive.
