R&B heavyweight Joe reunites with 50 Cent on his new song “Mary Jane (Remix).”
If you remember, the original and slower version of the song appeared on Joe’s 2013 release, “Doubleback: Evolution of R&B.” Now over a sample of Rick James’ hit song, “Mary Jane,” the soulful crooner picks up the speed on the updated version while still providing fans his timeless coos. Meanwhile, the New York rapper adds an incredible rap verse, which makes the song one of the best R&B/hip-hop collaboration of 2014.

In a recent interview with Joe, he hinted to Rated RnB that the 50 Cent assisted track could be a potential single off the new album. He also stated that “If You Lose Her” was a possible candidate for the follow-up single to “Love & Sex (Part 2)” with Kelly Rowland.
