‘Tis the season! The cast of one of the hottest television shows of the year, Empire, surely has a lot to celebrate these days. Not only are ratings through the roof, but the latest FOX airing of their Christmas special, Taraji and Terrance’s White Hot Holidays hosted by Terrence Howard and Taraji P. Henson, proved to be a success in more ways than one!
Filled with star-studded performances from music’s biggest acts including Patti LaBelle, John Legend, Mary J. Blige and Chris Brown, the special brought the holiday season to new heights!
Featuring amazing renditions of some of our favorite Christmas classics, this special night was tailor-made for the bright lights that Empire is known for. Even though Howard and Henson hosted the event, it didn’t stop them from joining their fellow castmates in their own modern take on “Joy to the World.” The show was a major hit and gives Empire fans an exciting teaser of the musical greatness that is sure to come upon the highly anticipated season of the show returning in the upcoming new year.
