Ariana Grande is proving that her sound has matured. After giving us “Dangerous Woman,” the singer returns with her Lil Wayne-assisted track “Let Me Love You.”
On the hypnotic tune, co-written by Grande and Victoria Monet, Grande sings about hooking up with a rebound after breaking up with her boyfriend.
“I just broke up with my ex / Now I’m out here single, I don’t really know what’s next / But I ain’t even trippin’, I’mma chill and sit back / And I know they will be coming from the right and the left, left, left,” Grande sings in the first verse.
“Let Me Love You” is the second song shared from Grande’s third album, Dangerous Woman, due on May 20. The album will also include features from Nicki Minaj, Macy Gray and Future.
