As Justine Skye’s music career heats up, the 21-year-old is looking to take over the beauty industry. Just a few days after revealing her new role as an ambassador for Dark and Lovely, the Brooklyn native announces her partnership with MAC Cosmetics.
The “I’m Yours” singer has joined the company’s Future Forward campaign, where she will launch her own product (Iridescent Powder).
“I love using highlighters and wanted to do something sparkly and purple to represent me and my purple hair,” Skye told Billboard. “The purple shimmer can be used to create a futuristic look or a 90s look, depending on what you want. Personally, I use the iridescent powder as a highlighter on my cheekbones.”
The limited edition collection will be online and in select markets from April 13 through May 25.
Last December, Skye released her EP 8 Ounces, which featured contributions from The-Dream and Tricky Stewart.
