British-Nigerian act Ray BLK is feeling mighty regretful on her new single “In My Bed.”
BLK’s vulnerable voice and reggae-tinged production help coat this song about coming to terms with a relationship that was built on nothing more than infatuation. Now, that the web of lies has unraveled about her man’s real intentions, BLK is elicited with anger and desires to be heard.
“In My Bed” is the first taste of new material from BLK since her 2018 debut album, Empress. The LP featured her single “Paradise,” which was re-imagined in an acoustic version earlier this year.
In February, BLK was spotted in the studio with Kelly Rowland working on her upcoming fifth studio album.
