The good news keeps rolling in for Daniel Caesar. Following his top 10 single (“Love Again”) news with Brandy, the Grammy winner has scored two new certifications from the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
Two years after its release, Caesar’s debut album Freudian has been certified gold with over 500,000 copies sold. The LP received a nod for Best R&B Album at the 60th Annual Grammy Awards in 2018.
“Get You” featuring Kali Uchis, Freudian’s lead single, also reached two-times platinum with over two million copies sold. The duet went gold and platinum nearly two years after its initial release.
Caesar is on worldwide tour supporting his sophomore set, Case Study 01, which dropped in late June. It features his smash single “Love Again” and Cyanide.” He performed the latter track on Jimmy Kimmel Live! last week.
In addition to his own tour, Caesar is booked for H.E.R.’s Lights On Festival in September and Tyler, The Creator’s Camp Flog Gwan Carnival in November.
