Talk about a hot collaboration. Victoria Monét and Kehlani unite for an upgraded version of “Touch Me” from Monét’s latest project, Jaguar.
The flower child of R&B adds to the intimate record that celebrates bisexuality with acknowledgments of the beautiful ways her lover makes her feel inside and outside. In a sweet cadence, she promises her “favorite kind of muse” that she will put their romance on full display when she can return on the road. Kehlani and Monét voices collide lustfully before the track concludes.
Monét put her excitement on front street when the remix of “Touch Me” featuring Kehlani went live, writing on Instagram, “It feels so nice to finally have music WITH you and not just about you lmao.”
Jaguar was released in August and received critical acclaim from Rated R&B. It includes the synth-pop “Experience,” the head-turning ode “Ass Like That” and the steamy “Dive.”
As for Kehlani, she dropped her sophomore album It Was Good Until It Wasn’t in May. She also teamed up with Syd for Disclosure’s “Birthday” track.
