The Malik Pendleton penned track appeared on Blige’s third studio album, Share My World. “Seven Days,” served as the LP’s final single and peaked #3 on Billboard’s R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay Chart.
In February, the Queen of Hip-Hop Soul will appear in the Lifetime original movie, Betty and Coretta, alongside Angela Bassett. The double biopic follows the lives of Coretta Scott King and Betty Shabazz after the death of their husbands, Dr. Martin Luther King and Malcolm X.
