We’ve finally received more details about Mariah Carey’s highly awaited album. Today, the R&B diva shared some exciting news with her fans. She announced on her Twitter page that her new album will be released on July 23.
“The New Era Begins.. 7/23 #MC723,” Carey Tweeted.
The lead single off the untitled project is “#Beautiful,” which was co-penned by and features Miguel. Carey’s upcoming album is also expected to feature production from Jermaine Dupri, Bryan Michael Cox, Hit-Boy, The-Dream, and Rodney Jerkins, among others.
For fans who are wondering what to expect on the album, there will be a lot of ballads, some uptempo tracks and Mariah’s signature-type songs.
The former “American Idol” judge is also planning to embark on a world tour this October.
